Lumineon-Vaporeon! (Closed)

Suggested in the poll was a fusion between Vaporeon and Lumineon! I couldn't really combine the names though...oops
I'm not sure if totally conveys "Lumineon", but I tried. Anyways this one's up for 40 points. First come first serve! You can go over or under the price depending on comfortability.
